Tilt Five Drone (Tilt Five required)
A downloadable game
Tom's Tilt five Drone is a little project I started when I got my Tilt Five. At the moment you can simply fly round a little map (free unity asset) but I'll add things as I go. Time trial circuit etc at a later date.
The controls.
Hold the wand sideways (trigger on the left).
Tilt wand forward to tilt drone forward.
Tilt wand sideways to tilt drone sideways.
Rotate wand to turn.
Use the joystick to increase drone lift.
T5 button opens Menu, allowing you to reset the level or quit.
V0.31 Changes.
Updated to latest SDK.
Game now checks to see if the Glasses and/or the Wand is connected.
Changed Content Scale.
UI Changes.
Re worked the way that Checkpoints are managed.
Added MixCast support.
Basically lots of prep work for future developments.
More to come soon!
V0.0.3 Changes.
Added a NEW Map :D
Best Times for each map are now SAVED for the next time you play.
Made reverse versions of both maps, so now there are 4 possible tracks to race.
Changed Name (or gave it a nice generic one) to Drone Racer.
Added Splash Screen.
Changed Menus to incorporate Level Select etc.
Brand new Bug!!! The first 2 Laps seem to equal your first lap. Don't know why but I'll figure it out. After that, all laps are treated properly.
V0.0.2 Changes.
Scaled up the map by 50% to make it a little roomier.
Added Checkpoints, Timer, Best Lap, Basic HUD etc. (Times are only stored until the game is reset or reloaded, no online leader board etc).
Some optimization not worth it's salt.

nice feel to the drone, controls good, I'm not much of a drone flyer though, IDK if the thrust strength is a little strong for me, or that's how drones are, keep up the good work on this and other projects, YT channel etc.

I spent quite a bit of time trying to stop the physics from feeling too floaty, so I fiddled with the thrust and the weight of the vehicle a lot. In the end I increased gravity in Unity by 5x & that seemed to be much better but I didn't recalibrate the thrust after that. Perhaps I should tweak it again? Or maybe the map needs to be scaled up a little more so you have a little more room to maneuver? It definitely still needs a few tweaks.
But thanks man. There's definitely more to come. :D
